Abstract

ARBOLEDA MORA, Carlos  and  CASTRILLON LOPEZ, Luis Alberto. ORIGINARY EXPERIENCE OF GOD, DECONSTRUCTION AND DEINSTITUTIONALIZATION OF RELIGIONS. Escritos - Fac. Filos. Let. Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2015, vol.23, n.50, pp.83-108. ISSN 0120-1263.

The following paper aims to determine, from a phenomenological study of religion, the socio-cultural pathologies or illnesses which attack the language of religion, in which the institutional power, the corruption of its leaders, the renewed religious fundamentalisms that dominates the stage of violent conflicts, and the overwhelming subjectivity that fosters a personal sensitive religion predominate. Through this interpretative-hermeneutic study of Phenomenology and Sociology, several possible causes and problems that affect religion as a belief system, which conceal its role within the integral understanding of Human condition, are described. Therefore, it is advisable to perform an action of deconstruction and deinstitutionalization of the religious phenomenon in order to re-signify God as experience, as the beauty of the calling, and as the community construction of faith.

Keywords : Religion; Phenomenology of Religion; Deconstruction; God; Crisis.
