The novel El prestigio de la belleza is presented as a cultural product that shows an issue that has endured until nowadays, which is about a very ancient topic: beauty. This topic is assumed since Semiotics as a cultural value, according to Greimas; nevertheless, the novel presents some characters, which analized by Semiotics through the figurative, semio-narrative and axiological levels, allow to rebuild the value of beauty and head for different objects where this value is poured in order to generate multiple discursive representations of beauty.
