Abstract

URIBE CARVAJAL, Hernando. Culture, a Way to Relate. Cuest. teol. [online]. 2011, vol.38, n.90, pp.269-291. ISSN 0120-131X.

The culture is a way to relate. To exist is to relate, to relate is fundamental to all. Even God is relationship. Where there is a man there is culture. Love turns the relationship into communion; Attachments and covetousness spoil the relationship. The relationship of love is mystique. The task of man with himself is self-esteem; with others, communtiy; with the universe, ecology; and with God, religion. There is only one relationship with God, that one given by a person and for this person; and its intensity determines the quality of religion as an institution with its norms and rites.

Keywords : Culture; Relationship; Theology; Love; Interrelation.
