The following paper reflects upon "The nature of the liturgical reform" with the purpose of presenting some key points of such a reform, which was promulgated by the Second Vatican Council: what direction should be given to its application and how the liturgical spirit of the Sacrosanctum Concilium "informs and imbues" the conciliar doctrine.
