Abstract

This article intends to reflect upon a very current issue as it is the Synod of Bishops in realization (October 2014 and October 2015). The Synod of Bishops intends to analyze and answer the «pastoral challenges of the family within the context of evangelization». The age of changes we are going through, urges to introduce a theological and pastoral renovation in the church, just as the Pope Jean XXIII wished. In this purpose, Gaudium et Spes noted «the passing from a static to a more evolutionary and dynamic era that generates a series of problems which require further analysis and synthesis»². In coherence to this postulate, some of the «theological advances» are claimed in the second half of the XX century. From these achievements and with the help of some analogies (legal, theological, pastoral), it is possible to solve both doctrinal and pastorally some conflicts of marriage and family.
