Abdominal vasculitis due to lupus is rate and usually has some manifestations of lupic activity in other organs. There might be intestinal involvement with lupic peritonitis, non necrotizing peritonitis, vasculitis or surgical abdomen. A young woman with surgical abdominal pain as the initial manifestation of lupus.
