The main goal of this article is to recover the radiobroadcast experience based on the fundamental principles of the action pedagogy in order to foster the environment near the communicative reality in the Spanish monolingual context of Tunja city, for the improvement of the reading and writing skills in French language used like a foreign one by the future teachers of the Bachelor of Arts in foreign languages who belong to the Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación at the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia. The results of the study showed a great acceptation of the radiobroadcast to support the development of writing and reading skills in the foreign language, as well as, a better conscience of the organized work team in order to reach the aim of the radio broadcast called Le Français à votre porte , which was a real and creative strategy of personal transformation of the students in relation to the tasks and functions entrusted to them. It is concluded that the establishment of a radio broadcast like a strategy to the learning and teaching process of a foreign language, require the organization of actions, actors, macro tasks and subtasks to promote the learning to accept his responsibility and persistence in his individual actions to the constant improvement of the writing and reading skills in French langu
