Abstract

Management and behaviorist theory read from the theory of human science. A look from interdisciplinary of human science that mingles topics of biological and psycho-affective dimensions of human being. This perspective of human science contributes with a suitable lens to analyze the motivating management, not from the intellectual and ideology speech but from the scientific theory that the conductism spreads as its most important support. The document goes far from the moral field, and based on that it insatiably attacks the management. The intention of this text is to light how, under an integral vision of human beings, concrete evidences come out to be aware about behaviorism and its in discriminated application in management through multiple management patterns and set the convenience of going on searching and exploring the relation between man and organizations from other contributing views given through human science. These topics are coherent taking into account the wish to improve this discipline completely independent from the detected ideological position.
