Abstract

FERIA CRUZ, Maribel; RODRIGUEZ ESQUIVEL, María Angélica  and  HERRERA ESTRADA, Sasi. The Regional Innovation System of Aguascalientes (Mexico): from discourse to reality in innovative improvements. Cuad. Adm. [online]. 2012, vol.25, n.45, pp.163-184. ISSN 0120-3592.

Based on the premise that a semantic field Is Incorporated Into people's conscience when an ample set of related terms with shared social meaning Is available, the media pronouncements of the institutional and business actors of the Regional Innovation System (Sistema Regional de Innovación - SRI) of Aguascalientes were assessed as a means to detect the existence of bonds between them, thus approximating the actual functioning ofthe system. From the analysis of the contents of the communication codes employed by these actors, the formation of a growing - although unequally shared - semantic macro-field was observed. However, this does not guarantee their acting in the same direction and intensity.

Keywords : linguistic codes; pronouncements; journalistic discourse; Regional Innovation System (SRI).
