This paper presents geology and structural cartography of the eastern zone of the Segovia-Remedios mining district, with central axis over the Bagrecito river and Nus and Bagre Faults, applied to the exploration of Gold ore minerals, in a zone of about 120 Km2. Characterization and petrography description of metamorphic, intrusive, volcanic and sedimentary rocks are specially made; additionally, prevailing structural faults patterns, stratification, foliation, veins and fractures and their relationship with minerals deposits are registered.
