Abstract

Qualitative research is a usefull methodological strategy of professions of health. Public health is no stranger to the implementation of these designs. OBJECTIVE: to describe the phenomenological method and techniques from the perspective of Heidegger hermeneutics. Methodology: an analysis of interpretive phenomenology of Martin Heidegger and the proposal of different qualitative research techniques for the application of this methodological desing as an alternative in public health. RESULTS : we describe the epojé, intentionality, reduction, constitution, the process of analysis and presentation of results of the phenomenological study design. CONCLUSION : the phenomenological proposal of this work invites you to take an epistemological perspective of Heidegger hermeneutics.
