Abstract

PEREZ, Mª Mercedes Serrano. The European Economic Cconstitution and the Economic Governance. The Pringle Judgment: from the Economic  Policy Coordination to the Budgetary Stacbility Mechanism. Rev. Fac. Derecho Cienc. Polit. - Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2013, vol.43, n.118, pp.61-116. ISSN 0120-3886.

The European Economic Constitution has displaced the Economic Constitution of the European Union countries. The coordination of economics policy is a shared competence, but the reinforcement of the European gobernanza approaches exclusive jurisdiction. However, the a la carte Europe only makes some EU countries to engage in the political economy of the European Union to try to get out of the brutal crisis supported by the European economies.

Keywords : European Economic Constitution; coordination of economics policy; competence; monetary policy.
