The research method used in this article is the analytical-synthetic, identifying from the causes and nature of the armed conflict in Colombia, the consequences left in the population affected by the violence, to reaching its criticism in the construction of peace and real post-agreement for the entire Colombian population.

The dissimilarity between what was intended with the Final Agreement and the Colombian social reality after the signing of the Agreement is examined.

Additionally, the meta-analysis of the figures presented by the United Nations Organization was approached in the verification of the Final Agreement compliance, the figures obtained by the National Center for Historical Memory, and the Reports presented by organizations that promote human rights; this to estimate the fulfillment of the commitments acquired by the parties in the Final Agreement, in relation to the real post-agreement, in which Colombia should be.
