The term teaching styles has had different meanings depending on the use that scholars have given it, therefore, its use has been polysemic, an issue that is common with many other terms on all of the social and human sciences. This article presents some explanations about teaching styles, as well as assumes a possible conceptualization and presents some variables and issues that can be useful in identifying teaching styles.
