OCORO LOANGO, Anny. African Descents in Argentina: The Emergence of a New Actor in the Country's Political and Educational Agenda. Rev. colomb. educ. [online]. 2015, n.69, pp.17-157. ISSN 0120-3916.

This article analyzes the emergence of African descent in the political and educational life of Argentina, characterizing the intercultural turn undertaken arguing the conditions of possibility that are created during the Kirchner administration. These transformations take place in a regional and global context in which African descents have been strengthened as political actors and have a favorable horizon to advance in their recognition.
