In this paper we introduce the differential and integral calculus from q-Lorentzian algebra. We establish the q-spinorial variables, the q-differential calculus and the q-complex spinorial integrals. We also define the q-spinor differential equation and the q-Lorentzian spinor differential equation. Some comments are presented at the end of the paper.
