Abstract

MARTINEZ CRESPO, Jenny. The Cooperativism Coexisting With the Traditional Company. Origins and Viability of the Model. cuad.adm. [online]. 2009, n.41, pp.119-138. ISSN 0120-4645.

As a product of the deregulation of a big company such as Leonisa, there is a cooperative of associated work, which in its exercise of government retains its cooperative identity, principles and values, the double dimension of its partners - as associates and as customers - as well as its economic and human- social dimension. To understand, today, where the fundamental difference of this model lies compared to other types of organization, it is important to know the cooperativism in essence and from its origins.

Keywords : Globalization; cooperatives; cooperative identity; social welfare; government.
