Abstract

In the text the sofistica is presented as a precursor of practical philosophy, and is recognized as anticipatory of Aristotelian thought. The way in which this relationship is shown recognition of the primary role that it grants the special language and taking the form of discourses that seek to persuade, to rhetoric as a cornerstone of civic education as preparation for life public. This approach recognizes the importance of rhetoric for philosophy had its origins, and how another way of understanding outlining the rationale, not as theory but as a practice. Then he goes on to show how as Chaim Perelman, from a reinterpretation of some part of the work of Aristotle, it is possible to postulate to rhetoric as a suitable model to understand the philosophy
