The paper focuses on analyzing the Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben and the way is introduced to German thinker Carl Schmitt. About Agamben is analized as that philosopher explains of theory of exceptionality, which is invested to propose an impersonal policy theory and the Sovereignty concept as something impersonal and the political resistance, very pessimistic way. This is a critique to Agamben and a defense of the need to continue the decisionist theory of Carl Schmitt. The paper argues that Agamben was based on the theological aspect of Schmitt and paid little attention to Schmitt’s thoughts on public life, movements and political antagonism of realpolitik.
