Abstract

GUTIERREZ ROMERO, Camilo Andrés. MUSICAL HARMONY AND THE REAL IN HEGEL'S LECTURES ON AESTHETICS. Univ. philos. [online]. 2012, vol.29, n.59, pp.195-210. ISSN 0120-5323.

This article explores in general the doctrine of harmony developed in the Vorlesungen über die àsthetik of Hegel and its appropriate place within the system of the arts, then defends how music is, thanks to his doctrine of harmony, any pristine part of speculative thought; in other words: music is part of the doctrine of the truth of the Philosophic system: it's the place of logic's experience on the musical.

Keywords : musical aesthetics; Hegelian logic; musical harmony; truth; German Idealism.
