Patient's safety is a priority in the quality's management of health care delivery. Hence, the importance of reflecting on the mangnitude of the problem of adverse events in order to prevent is occurrence and to foster actions that guarantees a safe practice. One of them is the shared commitment with quality of care that is required from the training institutions of human resources, the professionals, the providers of health services and the community.
