Abstract

The context of medical education has been influenced in the last decades by academic meanings derived from humanistic contents uttered in emergent knowledge of disciplines like bioethics, which widen medicine like a social practice, inserted in both environments of learning and professional performance. Together affect the feeling of a society that is seen medically committed and daily work on basic gestures of autonomy and justice non alien to medical events. In certain way, the intention of this article tries to give meaning to some bonds that translate the moments of academic formation which the derivates of the social order in the professional task, trying to relate and to understand the current dynamic which influence the performance of the medical professional.
