It is necessary to think about the management of nursing care framed in the free market policy, which forces health institutions to reorder the traditional model of service provision, based on a new conception of the social health business model, which requires a profile of talent or human capital characterized by three elements: intellectual or cognitive abilities to think, psychomotor abilities that allow it to generate an action and attitudes that give it identity as a social being.

This study proposes since the academy strategies with a view to improving nursing management in health institutions.
