Abstract

This article exposes an analysis of the history of the textual transmission of Salve, Regina (1903-2014) by Tomás Carrasquilla (1858-1940) to the light of the Textual criticism and history of books. On the one hand, this research development settles a parallel between the library circles, Catholic sociabilities and the genesis of Salve, Regina. On the other hand, this paper focuses on the descriptions and reflections about the primary and secondary sources. Finally, it dialogues with the cultural context and the editorial history of each witness.
