Abstract

Aneurysms of sinus of Valsalva is an uncommon condition. We report the case of a 25-year-old female patient with a history of infective endocarditis of the tricuspid valve, who presented progressive dyspnea and holosystolic murmur. Non-coronary sinus of Valsalva aneurysm with rupture into the right atrium was documented, diagnosed by transesophageal 3D echocardiography and confirmed at surgery.
