We describe a case of spontaneous coronary dissection of left main coronary trunk associated with native coronary disease of the anterior descending and circumflex arteries, in a puerperal 37 years old patient. We describe the clinical picture, cardiac catheterization findings, clinical evolution and outcome after surgery, and in addition we make a review of the literature.
