It is the main cause of infiltrative diseases that can be responsible of cardiac involvement as to other organs. It is important to recognize its primary or secondary etiology to give the appropriate treatment depending of the cause. We describe a case of a 69 year old patient with cardiac amyloidosis debuting in the emergency room with complete atrioventricular block.
