We report a case of a 14-year-old with tachycardiomyopathy due to ventricular tachycardia. A variant of uncertain significance of the ANK2 gene was identified, which is suggestive of a possible ankyrin-B syndrome. The patient underwent a successful radiofrequency ablation. After the procedure, the patient completely recovered her left ventricular function and there was resolution of the premature ventricular complexes and ventricular tachycardia.
