Abstract

RESTREPO R, María Isabel  and  VILLEGAS R, Juan Guillermo. Ranking Colombian research groups applying Data Envelopment Analysis. Rev.fac.ing.univ. Antioquia [online]. 2007, n.42, pp.105-119. ISSN 0120-6230.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is presented as a tool for productivity assessment and classification of research groups. DEA models based on super-efficiency and cross efficiency together with cluster analysis for this classification were implemented. The proposed models were applied in the case of the Engineering research groups at Universidad de Antioquia.
