Abstract

MACIAS GELABERT, Carlos Rolando  and  AGUILERA MARTINEZ, Allán Francisco. The knowledge dependence and structure modelling in work processes: An application to the Cuban software industry. Rev.fac.ing.univ. Antioquia [online]. 2011, n.58, pp.219-226. ISSN 0120-6230.

This paper presents a method for modelling integrated knowledge flows into a software process in a Cuban organization located at Villa Clara province following a selection, registration and analysis sequence. The principle of those processes is the application area of knowledge. From that point of view, dependences between activities and their profile are found first, thus the required resources are identified and the tacit or explicit bearers are defined too. The support provided to the activities for the knowledge core process is assessed and the coherence of that process is quantitative and qualitatively analyzed.

Keywords : Knowledge management; knowledge work processes; modelling.
