For that, and econometric system of data panels with fixed effect adjusted by heteroscedasticity is estimated for a sample of 52 participant countries of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). Here is stated the hypothesis that ICTs positively influenced the educational performance and the results found verified it. It is observed that the ICTs linked to the household, especially the access to broadband internet as well as those related to school have a significative and positive effect on the reading test results.
