The present study is of critical-heuristic type (based in the revision of knowledge and its contrarieties, plus its educational constructivism) in order to perform a balance of the scientific-academic problems of economy, due to its epistemological and methodological reduction (from an analytical-empirical science to an experimental one with an econometric emphasis). In contempt of the risk of extinction, due to its excessive identification with the natural sciences and the welfare State economic model, here is defended an epistemological revolution of a return to its roots (i.e. political sciences), and, furthermore, are attended the dual reconnection and fundamental disciplines (from the Political Economy to the Applied Economy). This is being done parting from the renewed approach of Global Economy and inter-cultural management of the sweet water Economy Schools and Business Schools that prepare their students with fact-checked fundaments that allow them to successfully face the digital transition and the cultural, corporate and professional transformation.
