Abstract

MEDINA FERNANDEZ DE SOTO, Jorge Eduardo. Productivity integral model-important issues on its implementation. Rev. esc.adm.neg [online]. 2010, n.69, pp.109-119. ISSN 0120-8160.

The integral model looks for an opportunity to optimize productivity, extending from company strategic aims and the analysis and improvement of a value proposal for the client, identifying the level of optimum operation and the needed tangible resources. Besides, this model identifies value creation company processes and represents a guide for the development of the value proposal. Additionally, this model analyzes the necessary investments to have the new proposals on value,looking for a sustanaible strategic growth. This paper explains, in first instance, the fundamentals and components of this model, and then, it shows important aspects for its implementation.
