This paper shows the relation between ba and the innovation capacity from the knowledge management perspective. All this resulting from the combination of external and internal conditions, which conduct the process of development of the innovation capacity. The concepts of ba and innovation capacity have been analyzed and a wide definition is suggested as well as an explanation model which involves the necessary conditions, showing that knowledge takes place and develops in an organization.
