This article shows the different steps through which it involves the challenge to establish and validate a well- structured methodology which provides guidance and support to entrepreneurs who develop projects for technology- based companies. The goal of this research paper is focused on methodology, which was tested by applying successive processes to 21 entrepreneurs´ projects or to a group of entrepreneurs, positively assessing the involved process. Following this methodology, one important issue is the consolidation of a specific tool created and consolidated within a research process.
