The current state of human reality and of the environment is the result of deep changes that Modernism through the Industrial Revolution and the French Revolution implied a societal transformation, an administration and an organization which are the result of the legacies of Modernism. For this reason, the great need for a thorough review of the management discipline should be made as part of a socioeconomic framework based on evidences which ignores the human nature and threatens the survival of all species.
