Abstract

Dengue is one of the most common infectious and reemerging diseases in tropical countries. This year Colombia, has shown a particular included increase in the prevalence of this disease whose clinical manifestations included signs and symtoms of central nervous system. This paper, report a patient with clinical picture correspondent to Dengue´s shock, where neuroimaging findings might belong to non progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy and also its presents the correlation between magnetic resonance imaging, lectroencephalogram findings and clinical evolution of the patient.
