The liver transplantation has become an option real for ours patient. The centers of liver transplantation in Colombia carry out on the average, 50 transplants per year. But before the scarce donors, is required to optimize and to determine that patient and in which moment they should be you considered for liver transplantation. This revision intends to establish guidelines so that the patients can have this resource, in the smaller at the moment just and possible time, without congesting the waiting lists of the different centers.
