The cancer of pancreas constitutes one of the wicked pathologies of the digestive system that has worse prognostic for the patient’s survival. In spite of offering aggressive treatment with healing intention and the application of adjuvant treatment, the survival, in these patients continues being low. The acquisition of best knowledge of the illness and the specialization of surgical centers for their treatment, it has demonstrated a significantly important improvement of the morbidity and postoperative mortality, however in our hospitals, this condition should be integrated to population’s nutritional state, in many cases with deficit, that which together with the fact of a late detection, they increase the complication possibilities with the received treatment
