A man 46-year-old with 8 days of fever, general discomfort, debility, and the last three days associates an abdominal distension. In the physical examination we observed hepatomegalia as the only sign. A TC showed an only mass hepatic in right lobe. Biopsy guided by ultrasound scan is realized which reports in the histopathological fibroconective tissue delimited for cystic spaces draped by endotelial cells, compatible with cystic hepatic lymphangioma.
