Anorrectal erotic practices have increased lately, nevertheless, it is still considered unusual when patients treated in health facilities are found with foreign objects retained in the rectum or when patients have related complications. The following is a case of a heterosexual patient with distal rectal stenosis produced by secondary trauma due to the repeated insertion of his couple’s fist for erotic purposes. There is also a review of the available literature on the subject.
