Here we report a case of intestinal spiroquetosis, in a 61 years old men. The finding was obtained after a colonoscopy in which several biopsies of polyps were done. The anatomy-pathologic study reported the presence of intestinal spiroquetosis. The sample universe corresponds to 6639 colonoscopies. To our knowledge this is the first case Published in our country.
