Abstract

We presents the clinical case of female patient with recurrent episodes of rectal bleeding from childhood, to whom is to diagnosed at 11 years old Diffuse Cavernous Hemangioma of the Rectosigmoid Colon, and she is treated 8 years later by severe anemia, with resection of the rectosigmoid with anastomosis to level of the union anorectal by laparoscopic route, evolving satisfactorily. We present review of the literature on this infrequent pathology.
