Enteroscopy at performed at Clínica Farallones in Cali with an Olympus 180 Q enteroscope confirmed the finding. Surgery further confirmed the diagnosis. Data and photographs were obtained from the database of endoscopy services and the pathology photos were obtained from the pathologist’s registry. A literature review based on a Pubmed search of the existing literature on clinical histories and reports of similar cases is included.
