The system of sources of administrative law has been influenced by rules or regulatory pro -visions that lack binding force and fall outside the traditional understanding and hierarchy of law. This is a reality as regards contemporary administrative law and technification in the time of globalization and industrialization. This paper seeks to delve into the characteristics of these regulatory sources -known as soft law- and clarify their typology in Colombian administrative law in order to point out its importance and application to our country and comparative law.
