Abstract

LUNA, María Virginia. Links Between Philosophy and Teaching: Teaching Practices in Secondary Schools in Argentina. Pedagogía y Saberes [online]. 2017, n.47, pp.49-63. ISSN 0121-2494.

This paper presents the advances of the theoretical framework of an ongoing research, aiming to analyze the didactic practices in two secondary schools from Entre Ríos, Argentina. The philosophical contributions of Arendt and Rancière are used to analyze the development and concretization of decisions about teaching and, particularly, how times are instituted for this practice in the school scenarios under study. Among the results presented as conclusions, it is pointed out that the conditions that traditionally determined secondary education underwent a series of transformations from which new practices emerged, characterized by the instability of the institutional organizational frameworks that, in the case of the analyzed schools, show their dependence on the responsiveness of the subjects involved.

Keywords : philosophy; didactics; high school; teaching; didactic time.
