Abstract

To understand the tensions, conflicts and dissensions between the agents (governors, private sector and non-governmental organizations' leadership) responsible for putting into effect the millennium goals of the UN, and those responsible for coordinating the process of implementation of actions and strategies which lead to the fulfillment of the abovementioned MDGs, is the purpose of this article, whose objective is to disclose the political nature of the clashes on the (mis)leading of actions that aim to fulfill the goals of the poverty reduction as well as the multiple forms of exclusion.
