In this paper identifies the type of learning needs for adolescent sexuality between 10 and 19years of the Municipality of Tierralta, Cordoba, Colombia, analyzing the knowledge, attitudes and practices that are the subject of study and aspire to have. The ethnographic study is under the case-study method, the sample was comprised of 69 secondary school pupils from the urban area of the municipality of Tierralta, the data were collected through focus groups, workshops, interviews, participant observation and role playing. Learning needs for the training of young people are sexually aimed at having the desire to know about dating, love, expressions of affection, which feels a person with HIV and what is experienced when you are pregnant. You can also assert that the patriarchal vision and the socio-cultural mark the imaginary sex of the youth population.
