Abstract

The objective of this study, was to design aprogram of formation to increase the culture of risk to the personnel of the administrative building of the Governorship of the Municipality Miranda (Vme%uela), for what a descriptive investigation was executed with a sample constituted by 62 people attributed to the administrative building of the Governorship of the Municipality and 10 Specialists of the Committee of Attention of Disasters and Public Emergencies of the Municipality, being interviewed with the denominated questionnaires: Program of Formation and Culture of Risk. The data were processed with the statisticalprogram SPSS. Being determined that a low level of Culture of Risk exists in the personnel of the administrative building of the Governorship of the Municipality Miranda. Among the most outstanding conclusions you can indicate thatpeople are notprepared to act correctly in the face of any eventuality of risk, reason why it is recommended to apply the designed program.
