Abstract

CONDE CALDERON, Jorge  and  MONSALVO MENDOZA, Edwin. Doctrine concerning the Independence of New Granada. Investig. desarro. [online]. 2010, vol.18, n.2, pp.270-295. ISSN 0121-3261.

This article analyzes the doctrinal or ideological assumptions concerning that sustained political action, social and cultural actors in the process of independence in New Granada. Most of them were lawyers, both the capital and the provinces, formed in santafereña university faculties, who did posses the language to paraphrase a disproportionate reproduction of excepts from the manuals of the main disseminators and distributors of the political principles in vogue.

Keywords : Concerning doctrinal; political language; José Blanco White; the law of nations.
